Our Story

Compadre Brewing was brought to life in 2019 by Roy Galvan and his son Roel who discovered a mutual fondness for craft beer and a desire to create unique ales and lagers that reflected their culture and heritage but also satisfied the taste buds of today's modern beer drinker.

Experienced brewer and general manager Rus Hall has worked hard to help the Galvan family make this vision a reality by using quality ingredients and traditional brewing techniques. An American craft brewery with a distinctive Latin flair.
